Prepend PDFs

Prepend PDFs is currently only available in NSW.

You can prepend PDFs to your forms—ideal for adding cover pages or supporting documents—giving you greater flexibility in how your documents are presented.

Adding a PDF

1. Click More in the top toolbar and select Files from the dropdown menu.

2. Click Choose files.

3. Select the file you want to attach and click Open.

4. Click Upload to add the file to your form.

Ordering Files

1. Once uploaded, click the up arrow next to the file.

2. Set the file Order to a negative number to ensure it appears at the beginning of the form.
