Signing PDF Annexures

The PDF edit feature is currently only available in SA, NT, TAS, NSW and WA.

With PDF attachments, users can attach PDF files to their forms, having them sent out and signed alongside their primary forms, using either Forms Live Sign or DocuSign. Our examples below use DocuSign.

Attaching Files#

  1. From within your form, click More and select Files from the drop down menu. Electronic Signature logo

  2. Select the desired PDF and click Open and then Upload to attach the file.

Signing PDF annexures#

  1. Click Finalise in the top toolbar to finalise the form.

  2. In the right side of the screen under Details, click Signing to begin the signing process.

  3. Enter the details of the signers, as appears in the sidebar. PDF Signature logo

  4. Ensure any desired attachments have been ticked and click signing next to the PDF you wish to get signed. PDF Signature logo

  5. Select the party you wish to add a signing field for by clicking on the drop down menu and selecting from the list. PDF Signature logo

  6. Select the field you wish to add to your attachment and click the space you would like it to be included.

You can drag these fields to reposition them, or remove them by clicking the x.

  1. Click Save and proceed to send the form for remote signing.

  2. Signees will be sent invitations for signing via email.

Viewing and downloading files#

  1. Open the relevant form, once the form and attachment have been signed.

  2. Click the download/print icon on the top of the page.

  3. Tick the version labelled DocuSign Executed Agreement.
