Creating an Account

A Scantek account is required before using VOI, which only needs to be set up once.

For WA: To enable VOI, a company Director must activate the account via REI Forms Live.

Forms Sidebar#

  1. Open or Create a VOI enabled form - full VOI enabled forms list here.
  2. Navigate to the sidebar and click on the ID Verification tab.
  3. Click the Accept Terms & Conditions checkbox to accept.
  4. Enter and confirm a password for your account - meeting the password requirements.
  5. Click the Create Account button.
