Cover Pages

Cover Pages are used to support the attachment of external PDFs for signing when a suitable existing form is not available. This feature is available for ACT and NSW form only.

Create a Cover Page#

  1. Click Forms in the left-hand menu.

  2. Click Create at the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. In the Search Forms field, type Cover Page.

  4. Select the required cover page from the list.

  5. Enter a name for your cover page in the Description field at the top of the screen, then click Create.

You will be redirected to the selected cover page. To attach and complete an external PDF, follow the instructions here.

  1. Edit and complete the attached PDF and cover page as required.
