Edit, Void & Resend Verification Request

Void ID Verification Request#

  1. Navigate to the ID Verification tab in the right sidebar.
  2. Select the Client and/or Vendor and click Void Request.

  1. Click the Void Request button to cancel the request.

  1. Notice the status badge will update to Cancelled.

Edit & Resend Request#

  1. Navigate to the ID Verification tab in the right sidebar.
  2. Select the Client and click Edit & Resend.

  1. Enter the correct details in the First Name, Last Name, Email, and Mobile fields.
  2. Click Send Requests to re-submit to the updated credentials.

Hide Invalid Transactions#

  1. Navigate to the top of the ID Verification tab in the right sidebar.
  2. Click the Hide Invalid transactions checkbox.
  3. Uncheck the box view all transactions.
