Forms Live Sign is currently available in SA, NSW, NT and TAS.

Agency Addon

Principal users within an active agency account have the ability to purchase a Forms Live Sign subscription, via Agency Addons.

Purchase Addon

1. Click on your Account Details in the bottom left corner.

2. Select the Addons tab.

3. Click Purchase under the Actions column of Forms Live Sign in the Available Addon(s) section.

   

4. Select the number of users under the Addon section.

5. Click Purchase Addon under the Actions column of the relevant addon.

   

6. Review the terms and conditions for addon selected. Acceptance of terms and conditions for addon selected is required to continue.

7. Click Next.

Enable Auto Renew

1. Click on your Account Details in the bottom left corner.

2. Select the Addons tab.

3. Select the Enable Auto Renew option under the Addon section.

   

4. Select the Payment Option - Update / Remove / Add Card as necessary.

5. Click Enable Auto Renew button.

   

6. Click Next.

Disable Auto Renew

1. Click Disable Auto Renew in the Addon section.

   

2. Confirm your choice by clicking the Yes, Disable Auto Renew button.

   

Email Notifications

Set the type of email notifications agents will receive during the electronic signature process.

The setting is available to Principal Users only, and is set for the whole agency.

1. Click on your Account Details in the bottom left corner.

2. Select the Agency tab.

3. Navigate to the Forms Live Sign - Notifications section at the bottom of the dialog box

4. From here, select which notifications you would like agents to receive during the signing process.

   

5. Click Save to apply these settings to all users in the agency.

Notification Settings can be managed within the form, even during the electronic signature process.

1. Click the Signing Tab

2. Directly under the Signing Status box, click the Manage link adjacent to Notification Settings to update your email notifications.

   

Email Branding

All email notifications sent through Forms Live Sign will include your agency logo, where only Principal Users have the ability to add or remove it.
